On the side of the camper you’ve got your very own outdoor kitchen 🍳 — complete with a propane burner stove 🔥, sink with running water, full stocked cookware—cutlery—utensils, and even dish soap. There’s a heavy-duty RTIC cooler 🧊 to keep your food and drinks fresh for days.

Best of all? Every rental includes a solar panel and portable power station ☀️🔋 so you can camp off-grid and still charge your phone, run lights, and power up your weekend. Just bring your clothes, food, and a good playlist — we’ve got the rest covered 🏕️🎶.

Yes! The Bean Stalk 2.0 is fully capable of off-grid camping with a built-in solar panel and portable power station to run lights, fans, and charge devices. The optional portable A/C includes its own separate high-capacity battery but please note that air conditioning and heat use significantly more power and will have limited runtime when not connected to shore power. For longer trips or if you plan to use climate control heavily, we recommend booking campsites with electrical hookups to ensure full comfort.

To help you avoid busy traffic times and ensure a smooth experience, we’ve set optimized time windows for trailer pickup and return to our location in Mira Mar -San Diego, CA.

✅ Pickup Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

You’ll have a dedicated 1-hour window for pickup. This gives us time to walk you through the trailer features, complete the safety checklist, and get you on the road without stress.

✅ Return Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Returns must be completed by 2:00 PM so we can clean and prepare the camper for our next guest. This window also helps you avoid afternoon traffic when heading home.

Yes — to ensure we can stay on schedule for future renters, a $50 per hour late fee applies for any returns after 2:00 PM. If you're running behind, please contact us as early as possible. We're flexible when we can be, but timely communication is key.

You sure can! We’re a pet-friendly rental company and welcome well-behaved, smaller dogs in our trailers (limit of 2) upon approval.

A $100 pet fee applies when booking. We kindly ask that muddy paws are wiped before entering, and animals are not left unattended in the trailer. Excessive mess, fur, odors, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

We strongly recommend adding the “interior damage insurance” option when booking for peace of mind during your trip.

We understand that plans can change — our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while helping us manage our small business and limited fleet.
